It was a beautiful, sunny, brisk Winter's day here on Sunday. We are so lucky to live near Jericho beach. We went for a long walk along the beach with the kids. Actually, lots of people had the same idea. It is really spectacular here on a day like that. We took a few pictures.

Aside from that, I haven't been out that much lately. I have been taking it easy. However, I did manage to get to the gym the other day. I even went for a run...but I'm not really ready to get back to running yet. Too much bouncing. Hopefully, I'll be back to regular runs before too long.
